Sometimes we get strange responses to the newsletter. In every case, it’s a simple misunderstanding. The reader was not reading carefully and misunderstood, causing themselves heartburn that they don’t need to experience. When the newsletter arrives, slow down and read carefully before contacting us to complain. If we make an error, we will correct it but be sure the newsletter has been read carefully before jumping to conclusions.
