Each month, you will receive a detailed accounting statement by email, along with your ACH payment, or mailed to you with a check. You choose what works for you.

We proactively manage your rental property.  We do our best to anticipate problems before they occur.  We conduct a very thorough pre-move in video documentation on ALL the properties we manage.  This greatly reduces any disputes that may occur upon move out.  We conduct and document semi-annual inspections on all the properties we manage. This helps keep the properties clean and well-maintained.
