Owners are paid safely and securely each month through a ACH transfer. We understand the importance of owner cash flow. We pay owners promptly each month with in days of collecting rent from the tenants.
We are prompt with rent collections and deposit directly into our trust account.
All rents are due on the 1st day of each month and late at 5:00 pm on the 5th. We have a secure rent collection portal that tenants can pay their rent online.

We video document each property prior to a tenant move in. This provides a much needed "time stamp" of the condition of the property that we are able to reflect on at at a future date if necessary.
We are diligent in repair oversight using only licensed, screened, and insured contractors and multiple estimates to keep costs competitive. We do NOT mark up any maintenance.
We will be the first line of defense with any repairs that are requested by tenants. If you so choose, you will be notified and make the decision on maintenance requests.
We perform semi-annual inspe-ctions on all homes. Tenants are provided with inspection checklist prior to inspection. Owners are provided a report of the inspection. We make sure the furnace filter is being changed and lease violations are corrected quickly and efficiently.
We perform our own 8 Point Screening to every applicant that applies. This screening process is thorough and accurate. Understanding the past financial behavior of each applicant is critcal to selecting a qualified tenant.
We follow all fair housing laws when screening applicants. We review credit score, criminal background, past rental history, rent to income raitio on all applicants.
